Returns Policy for Grace & Ashes
Thank you for shopping at Grace & Ashes. We appreciate your business and aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Should you feel the need to return an item, please refer to our returns policy below.
1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Have an order number or proof of purchase.
3. Non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards.
- Personalised or customised products.
- Items purchased during final sale events or marked as non-returnable.
4. Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it within 5 working days. After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within an additional 5 working days.
5. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at stef@graceandashes.co.uk. Exchange processing will be completed within 7 working days of receiving the defective or damaged product.
6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
When returning items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
